Infrared (IR) OD 4 Bandpass Filters take advantage of a single substrate dielectric construction, which ensures carefree maintenance and allows these durable filters to be used in harsh environments. These IR bandpass interference filters have a diameter of 25 mm and provide center wavelengths of 2.7 - 5.3 μm.  They are ideal for use in environmental monitoring, security and FLIR applications, and are especially suited for gas analysis.

They selectively transmit a narrow range of wavelengths while blocking out all other wavelengths.
