Edmund Optics, Inc. Announces Opening of French Sales Office

March 31, 2005, Barrington, NJ - Edmund Optics, Inc. (EO) is proud to enhance the firm’s international commitment to customer satisfaction through the opening of its newest division.  This new sales / customer service / technical support center will be a division of Edmund Optics UK Ltd. and will service EO’s customer base in France. 

The new French Sales Office joins the growing family of Edmund offices that currently include the corporate headquarters / quality assurance / manufacturing facility in New Jersey, USA; the design center in Arizona, USA; manufacturing / quality assurance centers in Pennsylvania, USA and Singapore; and sales / quality assurance / customer service centers in China, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

In addition to the unveiling of this new sales office, Edmund Optics is also releasing a French version of its world-famous 356-page catalog. This version will showcase over 225 new products added to Edmund’s off-the-shelf inventory. This April 2005 version is in the French language and priced in Euros. This catalog is also supported with the launch of an online e-commerce website: www.edmundoptics.fr. The website will feature all 7,200 products listed in the print catalog, plus an additional 400 discounted products available only via the web.
