Cognex Appoints Australian Partner

COGNEX Corp a leading manufacturer of machine vision products, has appointed SciTech as its exclusive partner.
   
Cognex recognised, in order to provide adequate support & training to Australian customers, that it needed to enter into an arrangement with a local company who had well trained staff and expertise in machine vision integration to successfully advise, train and install its machine vision products to the end users.

Cognex manufactures the In-Sight family of smart vision sensors. The In-Sight features an Ethernet interface back to a PC and an easy to use spreadsheet-like software interface for easy programming and configuration.

Included in all In-Sights is the patented PAT FIND tool which will automatically learn and recognise a part in any orientation.
