BitFlow to Exhibit Next Generation of CoaXPress™ Frame Grabbers at Vision Show

POSTED 02/28/2014

rong>Cyton-CXP will be highlight of North America's largest show for machine vision

WOBURN, MA - BitFlow, a leader in machine vision technologies, will be showcasing its latest frame grabber innovations at The Vision Show and Conference, April 15-17, 2014, in the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA. The Vision Show and Conference is North America's largest trade show for machine vision components and systems.

BitFlow booth #510 will be a designated stop for vision system integrators, engineers and distributors to see the next generation of BitFlow CoaXPress (CXP) frame grabbers: the Cyton™ CXP and Karbon™ CXP. Both capture video at speeds of up to 6.25 Gigabits/Second (Gb/S) while simultaneously sending control commands and triggers to the camera along with 13W of power, all over standard coaxial cable. Exceptionally versatile, BitFlow CXP frame grabbers can be configured in a variety of ways to suit application requirements. For example, they can acquire from one quad CXP-6 camera resulting in a total data rate of 25 Gb/S, or from four single link CXP-6 cameras and anything in between.

"We've never had a more exciting product launch that we've experienced with our CoaXPress frame grabbers," said Donal Waide, Director of Sales for BitFlow. "The BitFlow team is looking forward to introducing more machine vision professionals to the vast potential of CoaXPress in both industrial and medical uses at the Vision Show."

In addition to CoaXPress, BitFlow will have its broad line of Camera Link, LVDS, RS422 and analog frame grabbers on hand for demonstrations.
