ATS Completes Sale of Certain Transportation Business Assets
CAMBRIDGE, ON /CNW/ - ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. (TSX: ATA) ("ATS" or the "Company"), an industry-leading automation solutions provider, today announced that the sale of certain assets and the transfer of employees from one of its German-based subsidiaries to a third party, previously announced on September 25, 2020, has been completed.
