AI-based solution for porosity released by Radix

Radix Technology Solutions, a division of the AIS Technologies Group, is pleased to announce the release of an AI-based vision application at the trade show & conference “Automate 2019”. This in-line vision application detects cylinder bore porosity with a high level of accuracy.
A turn-key application for automated cylinder bore porosity inspections, this system combines custom automation and optics with a customizable AI-based vision application to detect & quantify porosity. With image processing under 1 second, this system is fast & reliable. The demonstration system at Automate 2019 has been combined with a collaborative robot in order to showcase the flexibility of Radix’s system.
