However, the success of hybrid bonding depends heavily on the precise alignment of each component prior to joining. Even minimal positional or rotational deviations can result in bonding defects or reduced yield.

Application and Solution

The system accurately determines both the positional and rotational alignment of glass and display components before the bonding process begins. Process Execution

During production, fine positioning is achieved through an iterative correction process.
