Combining parallel kinematic 6-Axis motion systems, gantries and fast active alignment algorithms allows higher throughput in active fiber array alignment. Efficient algorithms provide simultaneous alignment of array-device input and output, for test and attachment. Hexapod 6-Axis robotic positioners provide 6-DOF motion.
