At MartinCSI, our engineers specialize in Production Support and Training.
After the successful installation of an automation system, MartinCSI can provide production support and training to operators and shift leaders. A MartinCSI engineer will remain on-site during the production shifts to help diagnose any issues that may not have been apparent during installation of new equipment or programming changes. During that time, MartinCSI can provide training in regards to the new equipment or programming changes.
Such training can include demonstrating the operations of a new HMI application, assist in the debug of certain alarms and their exact meaning, or identify where certain I/O is located within the system and when they may be on or off. Training may also include demonstrating the operation of control devices such as pushbuttons and selector switches and the proper start-up of equipment at the beginning of a shift or in case of a power outage.
