Vacuum Layer Gripping System SPZ-M-C for Handling Entire Product Layers

05/06/2015

The vacuum layer gripping system SPZ-M-C generates a local and a global vacuum, as well as mechanical clamping forces, to achieve the necessary holding force. The suction area is equipped with suction pads to provide the local vacuum, which is applied to the corresponding surface of the workpiece. The built-in check valves immediately seal off unused suction pads, allowing you to lift even layering patterns with gaps. The patented curtain concept externally seals the entire product layer.
