Acieta worked with the team at Cotterman to design and build this fully integrated tread manufacturing system, bringing tread formation, welding, and palletizing into a single cell. Built to handle 77 different tread parts in a 56-second cycle time, the system consolidated multiple applications across multiple locations into one facility.
