RSP Tool Changer Systems Enables MTA's Robotic Train Signaling System Installation

One of the main challenges in upgrading a subway signaling system is the limited access to equipment due to the 24/7 operation nature of the New York City subway system. To combat the problem, a winning MTA idea was the proposal of the utilization of robots to rapidly assist in the signaling installation. MTA contacted Reliabotics to develop a prototype that would determine the feasibility of using robots inside the actual subway tunnels.
