Robotic Deburring System II
This Automated Deburring System incorporates two FANUC robots as well as vision system cameras for robot guidance, and a spring loaded pick station for the precise grip of the workpiece. Both the ID and castle teeth are deburred with a Matrix-designed deburr spindle that has been designed to compliance, while a dust extractor vacuums out debris during the deburring process for a clean shop environment. Finally, the robot places the finished part to the outbound conveyor.
