Robotic Deburring System I
This automated system is designed to improve the quality, consistency, & productivity of a high-precision machined part. It incorporates two FANUC robots and deburrs multiple ID and OD part features in an integrated application. The spring loaded pick station ensures a precise and accurate grip of the workpiece. A dust extractor vacuums out debris during the deburring process, helping to maintain a clean shop environment. When finished, the part is placed into a gravity outfeed conveyor.
