Material Handling in Extreme Temperatures - Fanuc
Two Fanuc robots, one with heat shield lift extremely hot metal plates into a cooling liquid where they are pressed. Second robot then lifts plate and places it on conveyor belt. Repeatability is a must to ensure plates land between small metal guides on tray on conveyor. Employees at company were educated through our training program on basic maintenance and programming and troubleshooting of system.
