Machine Tending with Vision Guided Orientation
This vision guided orientation Machine Tending system features an M-20iA/35M FANUC robot mounted in an all steel palletized and welded steel enclosure, access door, bay doors, and SPC & NOK drawers. The robot also features a dual end-effector tooling where it switches its end of arm tooling to a gripper that picks the individual part and then to a gripper that picks up an entire tray to place it in the outbound bay door.
