Güdel and Titan Robotics Work Together to Automate De-Painting of Full Aircraft
The Airforce was looking for a way to automate laser de-painting of full aircraft and contacted the National Robotics Engineering Center at Carnegie Melon to develop a robotics solution that was robust. Titan Robotics knew they wanted a rail-based system so that they could reach very long parts efficiently and that led them right to Güdel.
