Epson VT6L Robot Filter Application
The cell is designed to assemble water filters using 2 Epson robots. The VT6L starts by picking up an empty filter, then holds it under the filler (large funnel like thing in the back of the system). It can do this because of the unique through-hole on the VT6L “head”. As it fills, the VT6L shakes the filter, to help the material settle. Once full, it places it in the rotary handler, which spins it to the T6. The T6 then installs fitting components and then leak-tests the assembly. When complete
