Automated Weld Grinding with PushCorp's Robotic Belt Sander
In this video we are demonstrating robotic weld grinding using a servo belt sander - the RBS372. The PushCorp RBS372 was an ideal project match with it's serrated contact wheel that allows for a high material removal rate. We used our largest active compliance device, the PushCorp AFD1240, which features heavy duty linear bearings and allows up to 215 lbs of applied force.
