Automated Material Handling & Parts Wash
This material handling robotic system to load/unload a washer was engineered and built by Matrix Design. The cell contains a single M20iA FANUC robot with customized pneumatic end of arm tooling grippers that transfer parts from the infeed conveyors (DTS) to the washer and then transfer parts from the washer to two dedicated out-feed conveyors. Laser sensors are built into each conveyor's height checking station to inspect the parts for discrepancies.
