This system shows FANUC R-2000iC six-axis robots with R-30iB controllers assemble wood crate decks with 2, 3, 4, and 5 runner configurations. Crate sides are removed from the process. Robots are configured with advanced DCS software to ensure safe proximity to operator shared workspace areas.
