ATI’s Radially-Compliant Robotic Deburring Tool is designed with a powerful pneumatic motor and offers on-the-fly adjustable cutting force to produce distinct finishes on different parts or to treat multiple part features. Ideal for removing parting lines and flash, the RCV-490 is compatible with a variety of industrial finishing media such as carbide cutting burrs, brushes, and flapwheels. Built-in compliance makes robot programming easier and reduces chatter along the part path.
