Assembly Automation & Inspection
This machine was designed and engineered by Matrix Design to assemble a valve body and rubber tip. Assembly takes place around a dial using cam operated jaws that grip the valve body. Vibratory bowl feeds, gravity tracks, air tracks, servo driven singulatin mechanism, & vision inspection cameras are just some cool features of this hard automation system.
