ZELL® Battery System - Our formation trays for precise cell production

With our formation trays, we enable the forming process of prismatic cells. The sides are braced in such a way that they can be loaded and unloaded without losing their shape.

ZELL provides reliable solutions for safely and efficiently storing and transporting battery cells. Our formation trays keep the battery cells under tension without the risk of discharge. For optimal flexibility, you can choose between stainless steel and polyamide. Notably, our plastics are also available in an electrostatically dissipative (ESD) version. This ensures that our part carriers provide the highest reliability and safety in demanding battery manufacturing environments. Automation is also addressed by ZELL part carriers, as they are equipped with clearly defined indexing points that allow precise positioning of automation components. Additionally, customizable, automatable identification systems (Auto-ID) can be integrated into ZELL products, ensuring smooth operations without manual intervention.
