Yaskawa Motoman Mexico Completes Expansion of Aguascalientes Facility

The expansion includes additional manufacturing space used to develop, integrate, service and rebuild robotic systems. A 15-person training classroom that can be easily divided into two separate classrooms was added, along with additional office space, conference rooms and a lunchroom. YMM operates under the direction of Fernando Cisneros, Director of Mexico Operations.
“People who have seen this expansion are surprised that Motoman has taken such a step during the current economic climate,” said Cisneros, “but it will enable us to have new value-added services developed and delivered to our customers. It is a great testament to the strength of our company, as well as the determination of Motoman to maintain and improve our place in Mexico’s robotic industry. I have no doubt that this addition will help us to grow as a company with international presence.”
