Schneider Packaging Robotic Palletizer for Frozen Processing Environments
BREWERTON, NY – Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc., specializing in end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, introduces the Severe Duty line of robotic palletizers for cold processing operations that require temperatures to 20 degrees below zero Fahrenheit.
Ideal for products that require palletizing in below freezing environments, this efficient design includes a robot jacket, which allows encapsulated warm air to circulate around the robotic arm while operating in low temperature environments. Using an integrated FANUC robotic arm for highly efficient and reliable palletizing, the Severe Duty robotic palletizer accommodates a variety of product types, weights and sizes and builds highly stable unit loads in almost any pattern such as interlocked, brick, spiral, column or other configurations.
Available in multiple layouts and configurations including; a single station 1-in-1-out, dual station 1 or 2-in-2-out, 1 or 3-in-3-out, 1or 4-in-4-out, and even in our unique Robox style palletizing system. Each system can be fully automated with product and pallet transport conveyor, pallet dispensing, and slip sheet dispensing for a complete fully automatic solution.
