Rebuild/Refurbish: Motoman’s Robot Rebuild Team refurbishes robots to ensure they continue to perform with the accuracy, repeatability and reliability needed to meet the exacting standards required for customers’ manufacturing processes. All robots are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. All wiring and harnesses are replaced. Each robot is fully tested to ensure functionality. Refurbished robots (and positioners) areguaranteed to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer’s specifications.

Certified Pre-Owned Robots: A certified pre-owned Motoman robot (or positioner) can offer customers many years of highly productive, reliable performance at a fraction of the cost of a new model. Each certified pre-owned robot must pass a rigorous 60+ point testing and inspection process performed by factory-trained technicians using only brand-new Motoman parts. Each robot is stringently tested and calibrated before it leaves Motoman to ensure utmost accuracy for the process. These certified pre-owned robots include the latest software upgrades or Motoman can match the existing software version at a customer’s facility, if preferred.
Core Exchange Program: To minimize potential production downtime, Motoman has a Core Exchange Program that allows customers to swap out their “tired” robot for a rebuilt robot (or positioner). Many of Motoman’s more popular models are available through this program.

Small System Upgrade Program: Motoman’s small system upgrade program allows customers to add to or change existing peripheral equipment, rebuild to meet new program requirements or upgrade to meet new safety standards.

Motoman’s Customer Satisfaction Group: Motoman’s Customer Satisfaction Group has one mission. They are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service in the automation industry. CSG provides a single point of contact – “one-call support” – including a centralized escalation and resolution process, as well as an incident tracking and reporting system. Technical Support includes a 24-hour hotline (937.847.3200), a multimillion dollar parts inventory, regional service teams, and a worldwide support network.
