Since the fourth quarter of 2013, there have been many articles surfacing that report a positive outlook for 2014 on manufacturing output as well as for the overall U.S. economy. According to the Manufacturers Outlook Survey from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) of Milwaukee, manufactures around the globe are expecting increased revenue in 2014. More than 700 manufacturing professionals responded to this survey stating that in both 2012 and 2013 70% of manufacturing companies experienced revenue growth and predict to do the same in 2014.
