KC Robotic's Paul Carrier Named to RIA Marketing Committee
POSTED 01/09/2017
Paul Carrier, Technical Sales Manager for KC Robotics, Inc., was recently appointed to the Robotics Industries Association (RIA) marketing committee. Paul will meet several times a year with other RIA members – robot manufacturers, integrators, end-users, and consultants - to promote the RIA, its parent organization A-3, and its events, initiatives, membership involvement. He is honored to work with many key people in the robotics community on this committee.
In addition to his responsibilities as Technical Sales Manager for KC Robotics, Paul oversees much of the marketing for the company. He has a multi-disciplinary degree from Morehead State University which combined graphic design and engineering courses. Paul says, “I love both parts of the business. Working for our family-owned company allows me to be involved in both marketing and engineering design. People think they are totally different, but at KC Robotics, both engineering and marketing require creative thinking. I think our creative approach to robotic systems integration is what sets us apart from our competition.”
KC Robotics is a robotics integrator and full-service parts & service provider located in West Chester, Ohio. KCR Systems, the integration division of KC Robotics, provides design, engineering, programming, tooling, and system installation for custom and pre-engineered robotic systems. They are authorized integrators for KUKA, Motoman, OTC and Kawasaki robots. Ken Carrier, Paul’s father, started the business in 1990.
KC Robotics will be exhibiting at Automate 2017 held April 3-6, 2017 at McCormick Place, Chicago IL. More to follow on the show.
