International Symposium on Robotics (ISR 2012) Abstract Deadline Extended - February 17th

Due to numerous requests the submission deadline has been extended to February 17th, 2012 for contributed paper and organized paper abstracts.
The 43rd ISR is one of the major events of IFR (International Federation of Robotics), and will be held in Taipei from August 29 to August 31, 2012 together with the TIROS (Taipei International Robot Show). Unlike other conferences, the ISR is focused on the fusion between industry and academia. Every year, more than half of attendees of the ISR come from industry. The purpose of the ISR 2012 is to serve as a bridge between academia and industry. The ISR 2012 brings together an international community of experts to discuss the state-of-the-art, new research results, perspectives of future developments, and innovative applications relevant to robotics, automation, manufacturing, mechatronics, control, and related areas.
