Bob Swanson Retires from Acme Manufacturing Company

Mike LambBob Swanson retires after 30 years at AcmeAcme Manufacturing Company in Auburn Hills, Michigan, U.S.A., the world leader in design and manufacturing of integrated robotic automation for polishing, buffing, deburring and grinding systems since 1910, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Lamb as Customer Service and Parts Sales Manager.

Mike replaces Bob Swanson who announced his retirement in February after 30 years of employment at Acme addressing customer service parts need and after sales technical support. Mike joined Acme in 2003 as a product support service engineer. His responsibilities included process development, machine set ups, Bob Swanson installations, commissioning, customer training, preventative maintenance and after sales service. Mike is a Journeyman Toolmaker and also received certifications from Macomb Community College in Applied Technologies. He brings tremendous experience supporting our customer service requirements.
