Beth Butchart Promoted to Senior Manager

Clayton & McKervey is pleased to announce that Beth Butchart, CPA, has been promoted from Manager to Senior Manager in the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) group.  The announcement was made by President Rob Dutkiewicz, CPA.

As Senior Manager, Butchart will continue to direct solutions for the firm’s European clients and their expansion into the United States.  With more than 15 years of combined industry and public accounting experience, she specializes in start-up consulting and registrations; client accounting advisory services; accounting software selection and implementation; financial reporting for foreign-owned companies; expatriate U.S. tax consulting and reporting; and tax and business consulting for foreign-owned enterprises.

“We are pleased to welcome Beth Butchart to her new role as Senior Manager,” Dutkiewicz said.  “Her ability to anticipate and address the needs of business owners so they can focus on what they do best is a vital asset to our clients.”

Butchart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College. In addition to being a certified public accountant, she is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a designation that recognizes the unique role of accountants around the world who combine accounting and financial expertise with strategic insight to guide better business decisions. Butchart is involved in a variety of business organizations, including the Michigan chapters of the French American Chamber of Commerce (FACC) and German American Chamber of Commerce (GACC), and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).  She is a resident of Franklin.
