AUTOMATICA, the International Trade Fair for Automation and Robotics will Open its Gates Again!

From June 8 to 11, 2010 AUTOMATICA will bring all areas of robotics and automation under one roof. The aim of the trade show is to present the entire value-added chain in robotics and automation. Only here you can meet the experts and decision makers from all around the world.

Facts and Figures of the last AUTOMATICA in 2008

• 868 exhibitors from 41 countries (+ 7% to 2006)
• More than 31,000 visitors from 101 countries (+ 11% to 2006)
• Over 344,000 sq. ft. of net exhibition space
• More than 90%  assessed the general atmosphere as “good to excellent”

AUTOMATICA’s latest attraction is the initiative “Green Automation”, which was created together with VDMA Robotics + Automation and the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA). Green Automation will play a major role at the show to underline the importance of saving energy. Visions and large projects such as solar power plants will be attention-getters and are sure to create enthusiasm among a wide range of visitors to the show. AUTOMATICA is already pointing out many smaller, already available Green Automation solutions. With special labels on stands, exhibitors will call attention to products that fulfill Green Automation requirements.
