ATI Industrial Automation Hosting AWS Detroit Section Technical Meeting

ATI Industrial Automation will host the January American Welding Society Detroit Section technical meeting at the ATI Michigan office in Orion Township, MI. The technical meeting will take place on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 5:30pm and will include a mini-seminar on automation tooling and a facility tour. Live demonstrations of ATI’s Robotic Tool Changers, Robotic Collision Sensors, Robotic Deburring Tools and Compensators will be presented.

The AWS Detroit Section is made up of volunteers including equipment users, equipment suppliers, equipment builders, and experts in the fields of arc welding, and related processes. Their Mission is to advance the art and science of welding. The Detroit section of AWS supports colleges, universities, and local schools with literature, scholarships and technical support.
