How to pay for the Olis app?
Go to www.olisrobotics.com and click on ‘Get the app’. You’ll be redirected to a Stripe payment page, where you can update your card details. Once updated, review and acknowledge the terms and conditions, then click ‘Subscribe’ to complete the process.

How to get started with the Olis app?
Once you make the payment through the link on our website, we will send you a license key and a link to download the Olis app. Once the license key is entered in the app, you are all set to use the app.

What functionalities does the Olis app offer?
The Olis app enables integrators to monitor the controllers, set up specific tags to monitor specific movements, download associated log files and review recorded video logs before and after an error occurs.

What controllers are compatible with the Olis app?
The Olis app supports Fanuc, UR and Kawasaki robots, and also Allen Bradley PLCs. We are working on integrating with Kuka and Yaskawa.

Is the Olis app compatible with all iOS/devices?
Currently the Olis app could be used on Android tablets and phones, and Linux devices. Details of recommended hardware are listed on our website.

How can I remotely view my UR teach pendant?
Use Olis to install a VNC server on your robot. Once the server is installed, launch the VNC in the Olis app to have a complete interactive view of the teach pendant. Share a present live link with yourself to have remote access to the pendant from wherever you are.

How to pull tag values off of an Allen Bradley PLC?
Download and install the Olis app. Set the static IP of your tablet to be on the same subnet as your PLC. Connect the tablet to your PLC via an ethernet cable. Add the PLC in the app and view a searchable list of your real-time tag values.

How to pull the full UR support file without a USB?
Open the Olis app and select Reports -> Create Snapshot. The generated report will contain a zipped version of the full UR support file, available to download or share.

Easiest way to ssh onto my UR?
Open the Olis app with your UR connected. Select your UR controller from the Controllers section and find the SSH tab.

How to pull kawasaki backup file
Open the Olis app and select Reports -> Create Snapshot. The generated report will contain a zipped version of the Kawasaki full backup file, available to download or share.

Can I capture video feed whenever my robot faults?
Install the Olis app on an Android tablet and connect the app to your desired robot. Give Olis camera permissions in your tablet settings. Add the “Fault LED” to your conditions panel in the app and 2 minutes of video will be automatically captured leading up to and after a fault event.

What is the cheapest and fastest way to provide remote support for industrial automation?
