Client Overview:
PT Tri Centrum Fortuna is a subsidiary of the Adyawinsa group and operates a large stamping press facility in Indonesia. Established in 2021, the factory spans 20,000 square meters, runs across three shifts, and produces high volumes of automotive parts. The company needed an automation solution to streamline pallet transportation, lower labor costs, and improve safety.

The Problem

Before automation, operators moved components weighing 500–800 kg manually using hand pallets. This labor-intensive process required 12 workers across three shifts and posed significant safety risks. PT Tri Centrum Fortuna sought a solution to reduce manpower dependence, boost efficiency and create a safer working environment.

Our Solution

Botsync deployed MAG1000 Pallet Lifter AMRs to automate the movement of pallets between 17 pick-up stations and 7 designated drop-off points. Operators fill pallets at pick-up stations and, using a tablet, trigger the AMR to transport the pallet to the desired location. This system removes manual pallet pushing and ensures smooth, predictable logistics.

Autonomous Navigation & Safety

The MAG1000 uses advanced navigation and safety sensors. A purple focus light warns approaching forklifts, while colored LED indicators (green for navigation, purple for docking, orange for idle) signal its status. These features allow the robot to operate safely around people and machines.



 

Workflow Automation

Botsync’s no-code platform, SyncOS, automates pallet pick‑up and drop‑off. Operators simply use a tablet interface to assign tasks, reducing manual steps and making the process easy to manage.

Auto-Charging

The AMR automatically returns to its home station when idle or when its battery falls below 25%, ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime.
