With a large plant, and production lines in different areas of the plant, long runs of accumulation conveyor automation were needed to manage production of the six lines feeding the robotic palletizing cell.

The conveyor automation system included design, programming and installation of over 700 linear feet of Hytrol EZ Logic 24-volt zero pressure accumulation conveyor, Quimarox elevators and controls to feed the robotic palletizing cell.
