The powerful, high-speed MH50 II-20 robot has an extremely flexible design, allowing a single robot to be used for arc welding, coating, dispensing, material cutting and handling applications. The MH50 II-20 features an extended-reach and was specifically designed to process large parts. In many cell layouts, an extended-reach robot can eliminate the need for an external track, reducing system cost and simplifying programming. Its wide work envelope with a small interference zone permits the robot to be placed in close proximity to workpieces/equipment. This model has a 20 kg (44.1) payload, a 5,585 mm (219.9”) vertical reach, a 3,106 mm (122.3”) horizontal reach and (±0.15”) repeatability.
