Yaskawa America, Inc. Product

Ideal for a variety of tasks, the robust six-axis HC20DTP collaborative robot provides precise hand-guided teaching for fast implementation of a robot system. Offering four modes of collaborative operation such as Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology, the HC20DTP meets established safety standards, enabling humans to work with or in close placement to robots. Depending on risk assessment, this cobot can operate without extra safety features, saving space and lowering cost. A new ISO Standard Tool Flange allows direct installation of most common industrial end of arm tooling. An additional dowel hole has also be incorporated so the tool can be rotated if desired.
The industry’s first IP67-rated collaborative robot, the HC20DTP is equipped for continuous use in damp or splash-prone environments. Made of cast aluminum for durability, this model features an easy-to-clean surface, allowing utilization in sanitary environments where wipe or wash is required. NSF H1 food-grade grease is included as standard, enabling use in settings where there is a possibility of incidental food contact. A through-arm Category 6 cable facilitates a wide selection of communication options for tooling.
The HC20DTP robot has a 1,700 maximum reach and ±0.05 mm repeatability. The HC20DTP is compatible with the YRC1000 and YRC1000micro robot controllers.
