The VS-MCA series is especially designed to stay in focus regardless of vibration or shock. With a fixed iris and a screw lock mechanism it is able to not only deliver a high quality image, but also maintain it though out the vision systems use.
[Advantages of VS-MCA Series]
The hexagonal body of the lens makes it easy for anyone to correctly lock the lens into a camera with the use of a standard wrench or torque wrench. With a torque wrench it is possible to precisely tighten the lens to a camera with a specific amount of torque. It is then possible to replicate the same exact tightness in other vision systems using the VS-MCA lens series.
