With integrated water cooling to reach very high continuous torque.
The QTL 230 is essentially a QTL 210 motor with a cooling ring for high continuous torque even in combination with high duty cycles and dynamic movement profiles. This cooling ring should be closed with the housing, which creates a cooling channel. It will deliver 67-146 Nm continuous torque and 173-346 Nm ultimate torque, depending on the motor height.
Ultimate torque: 173 – 346 Nm
Peak torque: 140 – 281 Nm
Continuous torque: 67 – 147 Nm
The build heights are: 230-65 // 230-85 // 230-105
The QTL motor series are our largest torque motors, yet very compact for high torque density. The QTL is frameless and therefore can be integrated directly into the machine structure, while the spacious open inner diameter enables wire and cable feedthrough.
