The XCG-CP510 combines the best of Sony technology in a convenient form factor which is optimized for use within both the Industrial Vision and non-manufacturing vision markets.
The XCG-CP510 incorporates our innovative and ground-breaking new IMX250MZR global shutter CMOS sensor, which uses monochrome quad polarized filters to capture polarized light in four planes.
The camera draws upon Sony's market leading high sensitive Pregius Global Shutter CMOS sensor technology and high quality camera-making capability, thus the XCG-CP510 provides the best combination of performance and quality from a brand you can trust.
The XCG-CP510 has a resolution of 2448 (H) x 2048 (V) with a frame rate of 23 fps and supports GigE Vision 1.2 / 2.0 with a one cable PoE capability.
The XCG-CP510 is made available together with an exclusive Sony-developed polarized camera SDK which will enable fast and simplified development of polarized-light applications for the camera and your solution demands.
The XCG-CP510 and SDK are well suited to deployment in significantly improving visibility and detection in a number of manufacturing and security/ITS applications including stress measurement & detection; scratch detection; object detection, removal and enhancement.
