Functional Safety is completely integrated into the SIGMATEK control system. The S-DIAS Safety components can be flexibly combined with the standard modules of their series.

The Safety technology is a component of all SIGMATEK's complete automation systems. All Safety modules, such as S-DIAS Safety controllers and I/Os, as well as drives with Safety functions are seamlessly integrated into the entire system.

Flexible Safety: With the Hot-Swap feature, the S-DIAS Safety system provides great freedom in the design of production processes. Modular machines and equipment units with emergency stop function can be flexibly grouped or refitted – without a hardware switch.

Safety Hot-Swap: Change machine network during active operation With the Hot-Swap feature, you have even more flexibility when implementing your Safety concept. Machine components with their own S-DIAS Safety CPUs can be flexibly integrated into the system, logged out and logged back into the machine network at a different location – and that during runtime.
