The rugged IP65 industrial VIO-200 touch display PC is patented and reliably designed specifically for HMI automation,
information and communication applications. The innovative modular design makes the display system more flexible
and versatile by providing a unique solution for both an industrial panel pc and a touch monitor. With robust hardware
engineering and tested rugged features, our industrial touch display can easily withstand a wide range of extreme
environmental challenges. 

The VIO’s industrial touch display line delivers a professional IP65 display solution with screen sizes ranging from 12.1" to 23.8" in both widescreen (16:9) and standard (4:3) aspect ratio. In addition, our industrial displays support the most common touch technologies including Projected Capacitive (PCAP) and Resistive.

PC100-EHL Module

The IP65 Industrial VIO Series now includes the Intel® Celeron® Processor J6413 using the new PC100-EHL module. The Intel® Celeron® Processor is designed to deliver seamless multitasking and smooth computing on the VIO-200 Series. The J6413’s reliability ensures the speed and responsiveness needed for the VIO’s versatile applications in industries such as smart agriculture and factory automation.

The PC100-EHL module is optimally designed for industrial applications with the IP65 Rugged VIO-200 Series for several reasons:

• Efficient Multitasking: The quad-core design enables the VIO to handle multiple processes simultaneously without performance bottlenecks.
• Responsive Touch Experience: The processor’s capabilities contribute to smooth and responsive touch experience.

• Expansion Capability: The module is designed to support a PCIe x4 Lane expansion and a Universal I/O to maximize additional I/O. 

M.2 Expansion for Storage and High-Speed Wireless Connectivity

Using the new PC100-EHL with the IP65 VIO-200 Series allows the VIO touch panel pc to have on-board M.2 E key and B key. Having an on-board M.2 B key allows the PC100-EHL to support additional SSD storage or 5G cellular with two SIM card slots. Additionally, the M.2 E key supports wireless communication modules such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to further enhance the Panel PC's wireless connectivity

Removable SATA HDD

The M.2 B key on PC100-EHL allows the VIO-200 to feature SATAbased storage devices, that allows for enhancing connectivity and flexibility options for users. The new PC100-EHL also features a removable SATA HDD (Hard Disk Drive) for convenience and flexibility for data storage and transfer. Users can easily swap out the HDD from the back of the VI0 panel without having to dismount or remove the panel. This flexibility allows for data motility and allows for convenient backup solutions on the IP65 rugged VIO touch panel PC.

Triple Display Support

The PC100-EHL allows the VIO-200 to also have triple display support. Triple display support makes the VIO200 extremely versatile and enhances its productivity and efficiency in industrial settings. This feature allows operators to simultaneously view and interact with multiple applications or processes on separate screens, providing a comprehensive overview of critical information such as process control, monitoring complex machinery, or managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Data Security with TPM

The PC100-EHL module comes standard with TPM 2.0, allowing for hardwarebased security. This additional level of data security deters malicious attacks, such as unauthorized firmware and software modifications, and upgrades overall system security.
