INTEL CORE ULTRA PERFORMANCE
The Helix 524 is powered by Intel Core Ultra processing (Core Ultra Series 2 coming soon), designed specifically for edge AI performance and scalability. The system supports up to 96 GB of DDR5 memory for efficient operation and offers storage options including 2x M.2 2280 M-Key slots (PCIe 4, SATA III) and optional PCIe expansion. The system is vPro-capable (depending on the CPU selected), enabling remote KVM access and firmware updates.
ENGINEERED FOR INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS
The Helix 524 features a fanless design, contributing to reliability in industrial settings. The system is UL, RoHS, FCC, and CE certified and has been tested for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) in industrial, medical, in-vehicle, rail, and maritime applications. The system has been optimized for DIN, Wall, VESA and even rack mounting for flexible installation capabilities and has a 0 to 50°C operating temperature range.
ENHANCED GRAPHICS WITH PCIE EXPANSION
The Helix 524's additional PCIe expansion can accommodate discrete GPUs for a wide range of accelerated workloads. This capability provides significantly enhanced graphical processing power, making it suitable for applications requiring advanced visualization, AI inference at the edge, and other computationally intensive tasks. Onboard connectivity includes 4x 2.5GbE LAN, 6x USB 3.2 ports and 2x USB-C/Thunderbolt 4 ports. The back panel includes 2x DisplayPorts and can be configured to include 4x COM ports (RS232/422/485), CAN, or DIO.
