Robotic ErgoPakPal – Robotic Case Packing and Palletizing System
ErgoPakPal offers a complete robotic system for case packing and palletizing in a small 250 square foot area. This complete automation system is flexible so it accomidates a variety of product types, weights, and sizes. By installing a case erector as part of the system, it allows for complete hands-off automation for an end of line application that has low to medium throughput.
The ErgoPakPal utilizes the following stations offering a variety of capabilities
- FANUC M70iC, R1000iC or R2000iC series robots
- Automatic Case Erector
- Case Packing Station
- Product Infeed Conveyor
- Case Transfer Conveyor
- Case Sealer (adhesive tape or hot melt glue)
- Case Palletizing Station
