LT40 Transfer System

The LT40 Transfer System operates on a dual toothed belt mechanism, facilitating the seamless movement of individual transfer plates or product carriers at speeds of up to 65.61 fpm. Tailored to meet diverse application needs, the LT40 comes in three sizes, ensuring optimal performance in various settings. Accommodating loads of up to 37 lb, the transfer plates or product carriers are available in six different sizes and can be optionally equipped with RFID for convenient identification. Customizable to meet specific requirements, the conveyors boast two types of drive controllers for speed regulation.

For flexible routing options, transfer plates or product carriers can be redirected through lateral transport, 90° deflection, 180° deflection, or switches. Employing a shock-absorbing pneumatic separating unit/stopper, the system effectively halts, separates, and decelerates incoming workpiece carriers. Facilitating easy repositioning, all components feature a dovetail guide.

To perform tasks on the transfer plates or product carriers, users can utilize an integrated indexing unit or opt for a positioning unit with 1000N pressure and a placing unit supporting vertical loads of up to 60 kN. Upon request, the system can be equipped with a lifting/turning unit or a lift.

Engineered for energy efficiency, the LT40 Transfer System from Montech incorporates motors optimized for efficiency, meeting the EU's minimal requirements for efficiency class IE3 while surpassing the Super Premium efficiency class IE4 slated for the future.
