Montech presents its TB30R center drive conveyor designed for cleanroom environments, offering widths ranging from 3.14″ to 9.84″ and a maximum length of 118.11″ (with custom lengths available upon request).

Alongside its cleanroom compatibility, the conveyor belt is FDA approved, ensuring suitability for various applications. These conveyors boast a modular design, facilitating simple assembly, and allowing for easy extension or shortening at any time, minimizing both time and cost.

Compliant with Cleanroom Standards ISO 5 and ISO 6

Certified by the Fraunhofer Institute IPA, model TB30-140×1500/MR is approved for use in ISO 5 cleanrooms at a speed of 49.21 fpm and ISO 6 cleanrooms at a speed of 98.43 fpm. It serves effectively as infeed and outfeed belts in individual production systems or for interconnecting entire production processes.
