Stair & Platform System
Metalgear's SPS Stair and Platform System is a modular aluminum solution for building industrial access stairs, elevated working platforms, and step ladders. Constructed from satin anodized extruded aluminum profiles and round tubes per GB5237-2008, the system is fully configurable in dimensions and layout to suit a wide range of facility and machine access requirements.
System components:
- Aluminum Tube Ø40×3 – closed frame guardrail construction, prevents finger injuries
- Aluminum Tube Ø40 1-slot and 2-slot profiles – for protective guard framing with panel attachment capability
- Step Protection Profile – installed on the inner front edge of steps to increase safety
- Footrail Profile 40×120 – prevents objects from falling off platform edges
- Step Profile 40×100 – for step ladder and platform decking, clamp-fixed for custom dimensions
- Step Profile 40×150 – wider step platform option
- Step Profile 40×250 – heavy-duty wide step platform
- Strut Profile PG40 40×120 8-slot – frame support for steps and working platforms
- Strut Profile PG40 40×160 10-slot – heavy-duty frame support
