CLEAN ROBOTS FOR THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

Designed specifically for medical and pharmaceutical applications, the state-of-the-art MC004N and MC004V robots meet the healthcare industry's processing equipment specifications for accuracy, consistency and cleanliness. Their features make these robots ideal for a wide range of assembly, dispensing, inspection and material handling applications within the healthcare industry.

HUMAN-LIKE ARM
The human-like arm joint configuration of the MC004N robot minimizes dead space and allows the robot to rotate and operate in constricted workspaces.

SANITARY FEATURES
The streamlined design of the robots features a smooth surface, high performance seals, and a chemical resistant epoxy paint finish (MC004N model) or stainless steel casing (MC004V model) to help prevent contamination.

ALL STAINLESS STEEL
The all stainless steel body of the MC004V robot is vapor hydrogen peroxide (VHP) resistant.

HOLLOW WRIST
The through-arm cable and tube technology of the robots minimizes potential interference with other processing and manufacturing equipment.

CLEANROOM CLASSIFICATION
Both the MC004N and MC004V robots meet the ISO Class 5 (Class 100 of US FED STD 209E) cleanroom standard.

COMPACT BODY
Their compact size allows for the robots to be mounted directly to a machine or table top

FLEXIBLE MOTION
The 7-axis configuration of the MS005N robot minimizes potential interference with other equipment and provides high dexterity for flexible and complex motion.
